Estimates can be provided by the engineers before repair work commences
Repairs are charged by the hour, plus materials and VAT
Material Collection for non stock items will be kept to a minimum, any charge will be agreed with the customer in advance and will not exceed £60
The invoice presented will clearly show a full description of Labour and Materials.
Payment must be made in full by card, or cash to the engineer upon job completion
